Richard Reed
Richard Reed is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association and the National College of Exercise Professionals.
As a personal trainer, Richard understands the many benefits of proper exercise, nutrition, and cardiovascular training. Therefore, it is his responsibility to pass his extensive knowledge and love for fitness to each and every USFP client; thus enabling them to improve their lives in positive ways.
Richard's goal is to develop USFP into one of the most respected and best personal training organizations around. As the owner of US Fitness Professionals, it is his ultimate goal to have the highest quality trainers, and to provide excellent personal training services to every client.
Richard is also involved in the community by offering free health and fitness seminars/workshops for local community clubs and organizations. |

Matt Chmelka
Matt holds a personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and an advanced specialization course in sports specific performance, focusing on athletes looking to improve stabilization, strength and power in their respective sports.
Matt has been in the health and fitness industry for six years. His goal is to facilitate clients to begin and maintain a healthy lifestyle. He is committed to delivering results to each client and assisting them in attaining their individual goals. Matt believes that scientific research, education and applying that information into a complete training program is the way to achieve solid and long-term results.
Matt specializes in sports performance enhancement, corrective stretching, corrective exercise, stabilization, strength and power training, as well as, core training and injury prevention. |

Kelly Barnes
Kelly is certified as a personal trainer through the Mission College Fitness Specialist Program and will soon be certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Fitness and healthy living have long been a part of Kelly’s lifestyle. As a mother of two teenagers, she knows first hand the many stages of life and is well-equipped to help clients set and meet personal goals. She is dedicated to motivating and encouraging her clients to meet these goals through the use of total body functional, resistance, and cardiovascular training. Kelly also specializes in prenatal exercise to ensure a safe and healthy pregnancy for Moms to be.
Kelly is excited to help make a difference in the lives of her clients by helping them reach and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Kelly is a master motivator and is excited about helping her clients reach milestones they once thought impossible.

Stacia Carney
Stacia is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, the National College of Exercise Professionals, and also holds core and balance certifications through the National College of Exercise Professionals.
Stacia has been an Ironman triathlete and marathon runner for over 16 years. She wanted to take her passion for fitness and translate it into a career, so she became a certified personal trainer. Her goal is to help others find their own internal motivation to accomplish things they never thought possible - not only for their health and fitness, but also for their overall lifestyle.
Stacia specializes in utilizing core and strength training to increase overall energy output to create lean body mass. Stacia also specializes in cardiovascular and heart rate zone training, core and stability coupled with strength and resistance training, as well as Active Isolated Stretching techniques. All of these are combined to create powerfully efficient programs for her clientele. |

Jen Brda
Jen is committed to formulating comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of her clients. Taking an individualized approach to training guarantees that time spent together is productive, innovative and challenging.
Jen currently holds her personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise and has a background in softball and competitive figure skating. Jen enjoys formulating new ways to peak her clients' interest through motivation and specialized program design. She carries a firm belief that a solid foundation in core strength and stabilization are paramount in reaching one's fitness potential.
Using skills learned through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Jen specializes in corrective exercise, maximizing core stability, stabilization, muscle strength and power in conjunction with achieving a new outlook on a healthy lifestyle encompassing all areas of nutrition, exercise, attitude and general well-being. |

Lisa Boersma
Lisa is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) as well as the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Fitness and exercise has been an essential part of Lisa’s life for over 15 years. She was a top-tier athlete for 10 years while competing nationwide on club basketball teams. Lisa also excelled as an endurance coach for competitive athletes for three years before shifting her focus to personal training.
It is Lisa’s ambition to inspire her clients to achieve their individual fitness goals and help them make life-long commitments to a healthier lifestyle. Lisa believes this can be achieved with a proper balance of cardiovascular training, integral resistance training, functional core and balance exercises and proper nutrition. Her ability to motivate and encourage her clients produces exceptional results and life –altering improvements in health and fitness. |
